Blueprint

This blueprint is designed to classify each country and its AI regulations based on a complete referential framework for Latin America. The guiding premise is the notion that it is impossible to innovate sustainably without considering the human dimension and regulations to control and foster its expansion.

The project seeks to create a theoretical and widely applicable model based on specific categories and requirements. The goal is to regulate AI at scale for the Hispanic Latin American population.

Assessment

Evaluate whether a system incorporating AI is likely to cause harm or risks to individuals. Determine whether the system meets the necessary requirements to be considered dependable. This assessment has three simultaneous objectives:

Raising awareness about the kind of concerns that arise with AI in practice. Sparking concrete action through compelling scenarios and trigger questions. Perform a thorough assessment of your current practices within a given product or application, and receive recommendations to align it with your values.
